These are 1.5A high speed dual MOSFET driver IC’s in a DIP8 package.
Ideal for driving power MOSFET’s or IGBT’s.
The TC4428 contains two independent drivers in the one package. One driver is inverting so they are great for driving MOSFET pairs of just a single driver can be used for one MOSFET.
